Welcome to the Tooled Cow, a place for fine leather goods handcrafted by me Tony. My work is handcrafted using traditional skills. I either handstitch or machine stitch depending on the article.  The artwork on my leather is made by carving and compressing the leather.  This means that I am only limited my imagination and skill.  The leather is coloured with either leather dyes or acrylic paints using a airbrush.

The Leather that I use is a veg tanned leather that comes in it's natural colour and without being finished my oils.  This means that I can do more with the leather and is essential for carving.

I aim for my work to be treasured and to give many years of service.  I hope you enjoy exploring my site.
